Destination Rehab empowers people living with neurological disabilities to build confidence, improve physical function, and enhance mental well-being through adaptive outdoor recreation and movement programs led by physical therapists.

To help the organization focus on its strengths — program delivery, sponsorship development, and event planning — Ensoterra provided comprehensive grant capacity support. This included a customized Grant Plan, a grant calendar and Gantt chart to track funding opportunities and deadlines, and a metrics tracking system to support project management and reporting.

By refining and streamlining data collection processes, Destination Rehab was able to simplify its pre-and post-program surveys, significantly reducing the time required from both staff and participants while improving the quality and consistency of outcome data.
