Ensoterra specializes in bringing people together to solve complex community challenges. I design and facilitate coalitions, working groups, and cross-sector partnerships that move beyond discussion toward shared action, aligned priorities, and measurable outcomes. My approach centers trust, clear communication, equitable participation, and structures that support collaboration over the long term.

With deep experience across food systems, natural resources, health, rural economic development, and nonprofit networks, I create spaces where stakeholders can engage openly, navigate complex issues, and co-design solutions that reflect the community’s voices.

At our core, this work is about strengthening relationships and building shared direction.
