Lane Community Health Council had a unique opportunity to invest $4.5M in a collaborative initiative (Grow Lane County) to improve food security and health outcomes throughout Lane County, particularly in underserved and rural communities.

  • Design of governance, evaluation, and accountability frameworks.

  • Integration of federal grant management and compliance best practices to support responsible stewardship of public funds.

  • Ongoing facilitation, coordination, and logistical support for project partners.
